Refunds and Returns Policy Binna Burra Lodge online gift shop

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We accept returns for items that are in their original condition and have not been used.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that any items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at shop@binnaburralodge.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Once we have received the returned item and verified that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or used. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement
